I have enjoyed growing in my work with clients as I continue to grow into and deepen aspects of myself. Working with clients is both challenging and beautiful and I am honored to get to share deeply personal moments with the people who sit in my office.
I work from a relational perspective. I believe knowing each other and feeling safe in that space will be central to your journey in the counseling seat. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I use many elements from this theory as well as several others that help me form an idea of what could be meaningful and helpful in my work with clients. As I continue to grow in my work and provide the best care for my clients, I receive supervision, consultation and training from other providers on our community.
I am a lover of the outdoors, hard work, art, local goods, live music, and dogs. When I am not working I am probably riding a bike, eating a good meal, or connecting with friends. The PNW has been home to my partner and I for over a decade. I moved to Spokane from Colorado and have loved the differences and the similarities in these places that I love.
